There are days my whole street just doesn’t receive mail, and any packages ordered are listed as “receptacle blocked”.
They lost my package, the tracking number wasn't ever checked in, so its probably sitting on someone's desk there or something. This is not the first time this has happened either. Several of my peers told me their bad experiences here after I mentioned my concern. I lost a sale because I had to refund the buyer's money back after the tracking wasn't updated after 10+ days, and no package shows up. Beyond infuriated!

I have never had to worry about mail prior to moving here since I was a child, I understand why they are so poor now. Anyway, I have had multiple issues with this place. One issue was when I had ordered something for my sister. I was outside when it was supposed to be delivered, the mail person had came down the hill to find that he didn't even deliver my package when I was right there, he didn't even get out of the mail truck due to rain nor leave a slip but he put our other mail in our mailbox. I knew it was out for delivery because I had tracking. I had called and they told me there was a slip left in my mailbox, well it wasn't. I had to walk to the post office the next day which I shouldn't have had to. Another time is when I wanted to pick a different package up from there and I was told that I couldn't, that I had to wait until tomorrow and it would be delivered to me, they wouldn't even look for it for me even though I knew it was there because of tracking yet again. Recently, we haven't been getting our mail because of snow well there was a path clear for 2 of those days but they didn't deliver and we were expecting items by then. So as of today our 3rd day without mail she drove right past our house when I was right there. This is why they are so poor cause they do not know how to do a simple task. I know people beg to differ blah blah blah, well I also they have a time limit and have to follow rules well if they delivered people's mail they probably wouldn't be so poor.
