Bought a sectional couch, within a year the seams on the cushions are coming apart. We bought the protection plan which Ashley furniture told us covers everything except animal damage. We called the warranty company and they said it does not cover split seams or normal wear and tear. Completely misled by the sales person, Irene, at the store who sold us the plan. Ironically the fine print papers they gave us "after" we purchased everything notes that seams and wear and tear are not included. DO NOT BUY the protection plan or shop there for that matter given the dishonest salesmanship.

Great selection and prices! The sales woman that helped us, I believe her name is Linda, was wonderful. Not pushy in the least and provided excellent style advice. We opted to pick up the furniture and they even helped to load it in the truck for us. Highly recommend. Will bo going back when it's time to do another room. :)

This was in a great experience using Ashley for the first time and I would recommend my friends and family to go there to purchase furniture. I am so pleased on how my rooms look.
