I never had a problem with this place. They are really nice and get the job done. I go in regularly for oil changes and had a tire fixed. I think they're reasonable

Update: Dropping down to three star because they charged me for emissions without telling me or at least letting me know they were going to do the test. I was planning on only getting an inspection. Also they wanted to pay 200+ for a problem that didn't actually exist. Then told me if i fix it myself my car wouldn't be functional until i get an alignment. Well i spent 60 bucks and did the work myself and my alignment hasn't changed. Probably wont go back again. Especially now that the weather is nice and i can do my own oil and fluid changes
Went for a wheel alignment for 80 bucks and only aligned one wheel. It was only .007 they put it back to .005. That same wheel needed a strut and they didn't inform me so I need another alignment. Also asked them how much for then to put on a side mirror(which I already had and did myself in 5 minutes) and they said $80. Place is over priced and if you know a little about cars wouldn't ever go there. I'm never going back.
I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Service was terrible, they tried to charge me $70 just to check what AutoZone already checked. The guy was rude and I won't ever go there again
I only got an oil change but it all comes down to customer service. Even though the Stroudsburg manager and associates sucked and talked to me like I know nothing about a "problem" I already knew about, the associates and receptionist at this location were very kind. They were even able to squeeze me in that day. Great and quick service!
