Awesome shop, very knowledgeable and customer service is top notch
I was biking on a fully loaded mountain bike from Washington Crossing, Pa. to Niagara Falls, Canada, when 55 miles into the first day I broke a spoke on the back wheel. Fortunately, Cycle Masters shop was only a slight detour, so we visited the bike shop in Wind Gap. The owner heard our story and fixed the bike in a Jiffy, also giving us a few extra spokes just in case. He and a customer in the store assisted on the best route to our final destination. Thank you Cycle Masters for all your help, we made it to Niagara Falls and your immediate assistance was greatly appreciated.
